One of the world's most famous steam trains, the Flying Scotsman, is coming to Cornwall for what is thought to be the first time since its overhau two years ago.
The locomotive broke records to reach 100 miles per hour in 1934.
She will be travelling from Taunton all the way to Penzance via Plymouth in early October.
Tickets for the trip went on sale today.
Marcus Robertson, founder of operator Steam Dreams says “There is no doubt Flying Scotsman has a certain magic to it."
"Ever since it set two world records, the first in November 1934 when it reached 100 miles per hour and the second for the longest non-stop run by a steam locomotive when it ran 422 miles on 8th August 1989 in Australia it has captured the nation's heart.”
