A family from Somerset have issued an urgent appeal after a vulnerable young man went missing from Stoke St Michael, near Midsomer Norton, last Monday, 30 July.

20-year-old Andrew Christie was last seen in Glastonbury on Tuesday 31 July. Andrew's mother found an abandoned tent and sleeping bag in the town at the weekend and believes they might be his. He may have travelled to Bournemouth or Cornwall.

Andrew had been under the care of a mental health team and has been described as vulnerable. His family are desperate to hear from him.

He’s not been in touch with any of his family since he left at the beginning of last week and nor has he returned home since then.

He has apparently been sighted in Bournemouth three days ago and also in the Glastonbury area last Tuesday.

If you see him please call 101 (Avon & Somerset Police) quoting MISSING PERSON LOG 5218172513.
