Local Election 2012: Outgoing Conservative leader blames Cameron government
Following Labour's success in Plymouth, where they gained 6 seats to take control of the council, outgoing Plymouth Conservative Council leader Vivien Pengelly says the Cameron government is to blame for Labour gaining control and will be making her feelings known to the PM.
The make-up of the council is now: Labour 31, Conservatives 26.
