Police have released a picture of the driver involved in a head on crash in Hamelin Way, Torquay, last Friday. Marek Wojciechowski was arrested at the scene of the incident, but subsequently died. The 26-year-old lived locally with his wife and family.
The incident left a toddler and his unborn sister dead. Their parents Con and Elber Twomey, are still in a critical condition in Plymouth's Derriford Hospital.

Con, 39, and Elber Twomey, 36, from the village of Meelin in Co Cork, Ireland, are in a critical condition in Plymouth's Derriford Hospital in Devon following the head-on crash involving two cars on Hamelin Way, Torquay.
It's emerged that a woman, whose two year old son was killed when their car was hit by another in Torquay on Friday, has also lost her unborn child.
The 36 year old was operated on at Derriford Hospital but doctors were unable to save the baby.
Both mother and father are in intensive care.
A Polish man in his 20s, who was driving the other car, was arrested at the scene but later died.
Twenty five emergency service vehicles attended the incident, along with three air ambulances, which helped take all four people to hospital.
Hamelin Way was closed for more than 10 hours while the vehicles were recovered and forensic examinations took place.
A police major crime investigation team and serious collision investigation unit are looking into the circumstances of the crash.
