Mark Ormrod has begun a 3000 mile bike ride and run around the UK.
The former Royal Marine, who lost both legs and his right arm in an explosion in Afghanistan, set off with fellow cyclists from Plymouth's Citadel just before 9am.
He's part of the Tour de Forces team, which includes war veterans and civilians, raising money for four different forces charities.
