A report into the former consultant who delivered David Cameron's youngest baby at a Cornish hospital will be published next week.
Dr Rob Jones, an obstetrician and gynaecologist, resigned from the Royal Cornwall Hospital after being suspended from clinical duties last year following complaints from patients.
The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust has written to more than 1,500 women treated by him.

A report has revealed more details about the conduct of a gynaecologist at the centre of allegations about his competency.
Mr Rob Jones was suspended by the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust in May. There are concerns there may be patients who have suffered complications following surgery carried out by him.

Following his decision to retire from the NHS Mr Jones left the medical register and is now no longer able to practise medicine in any capacity in this country.

A review is underway into the treatment of more than 1500 women at The Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro.
The Chief Executive of the hospital, Lezli Boswell, says it is important to acknowledge information from both staff and patients.

The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust in Truro has launched a review of the treatment of 1574 female patients who were treated by a former consultant in obstetrics and gynaecology called Kenneth R Jones, known as Rob Jones.
Mr Jones delivered the Prime Minister's latest baby Florence Cameron. David and Samantha Cameron have been informed about the inquiry but Samantha is not involved. An information line has been set up to help patients: 08001804514
