It's a big weekend for our X-Factor contestants. George Shelley, from Clevedon, who's part of boyband Union J, and Swindon supermarket worker Jahmene Douglas are both through to the quarter finals of ITV1 show.
If he wins, Swindon's Jahmene Douglas will be guaranteed a record contract that could make him an international star like Alexandra Burke or Leona Lewis.
It's a long way from his day-job, stacking shelves in a supermarket in the town and gigging at weekends. Our Wiltshire reporter Robert Murphy's been to meet people who knew Jahmene before he was famous:
Jahmene Douglas - who will be battling it out in the quarter finals of the X Factor this weekend - has come far from his roots in a Swindon boyband.
Former bandmate, Mitchell Singh, thinks he's the best singer in the competition.
And you can see a video by Jahmene and Mitchell's old band Shades here.
Jahmene Douglas is hoping to come closer to X Factor glory this weekend as he competes in the quarter finals of the ITV1 competition.
It wasn't long ago that he was stacking shelves in Asda in Swindon and his former colleagues are backing him to the hilt.
