It's sparked the fury of local residents and a series of protests across the city, but work on the controversial incinerator to burn waste from Plymouth AND the surrounding area has now started next to Devonport Dockyard.

Among the most concerned are the hundreds of people who live next to the construction site at Weston Mill.
