Police have named the man who died in a car crash in Melksham in the early hours of Christmas Day.
Nerijus Partikas, 30, lived in Melksham but was originally from Lithuania. His family, who do not live in the UK, have been informed.
The other occupants of the car are expected to make a full recovery.
One person has died and two more are being treated for serious injuries at Bath's Royal United Hospital (RUH) after a crash in Melksham in the early hours of Christmas Day. The car crashed on A3102 Bath Road just outside Coopers Tyres.
All 5 occupants were taken to the RUH. No other vehicle is believed to have been involved. The road was closed for 6 hours.
