Police are investigating claims that Jimmy Savile sexually abused young and vulnerable people in the South West - including one at a hospital in Exeter.
The allegations, which have been published in a report by the NSPCC and the Metropolitan police, span five decades. They involve people from Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset.
Our reporter John Andrews reports from Exeter:
A report out by the NSPCC and the Metropolitan Police Service into the alleged abuse by Jimmy Savile has found that a number of his alleged victims were from the South West.
Five offences were reported to Devon and Cornwall Police and four to Dorset Police. The report also states that one of those alleged offences took place in the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital in 1970.
