A 22 year old man has been charged with murder after the death of a 32 year old man in Malborough yesterday. The victim, who has not yet been identified, was discovered on the street in the South Devon Village yesterday morning.
Jermain Maguire from Penarth, South Glamorgan will appear before Torquay Magistrates this morning.
