Tribute to avalanche victim, "a great team player"
Tributes have been paid to a teenager from Cornwall who died in an avalanche in the Scottish Highlands. His teacher Chris Moncaster a "lovely boy".
Avalanche victim from Penzance
Police have named the third victim of last week's avalanche in the Cairngorms as 18-year-old William Currie from Penzance. The teenager was on a winter training exercise with Glenmore Lodge when he was caught up in the avalanche.

Third Scotland avalanche victim was Penzance teenager
Police have named the third victim of last week's avalanche in the Cairngorms as 18-year-old William Currie from Penzance. The teenager was on a winter training exercise with Glenmore Lodge when he was caught up in the avalanche.
He was swept to his death alongside 33-year-old RAF Squadron leader Rimon Than and 32-year-old Flight Lieutenant Fran Capps.
