There's more confusion and heartache tonight for one of the patients of a hospital consultant from Cornwall, who is at the centre of a surgery scandal.
Claire Hill has suffered continuously since an operation carried out by former gynaecologist Rob Jones at the Royal Cornwall Hospital . And, as if that wasn't bad enough, the same hospital is responsible for a new blunder.
Today, we tracked down Mr Jones and found him at a bed and breakfast he now runs on the outskirts of Truro.
Our Cornwall correspondent Steve Hardy reports:
A new report has revealed that a consultant was able to continue to work despite repeated complaints about him, because of a catalogue of missed opportunites.
Rob Jones worked at The Royal Cornwall Hospital for ten years and was investigated eight times.
More than fifty women have suffered ongoing health problems apparently because of his surgery. He's now resigned.

The report has only examined the last two years. Dr Paul Upton, Medical Director at RCHT, says they are 'keeping an open mind' about whether they need to investigate the other eight years of Rob Jones' time at the hospital.
Here's the full interview with Lesley Boswell, Chief Executive of Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust.
She apologises to those affected and says the Trust needs to learn from this.
One of Rob Jones' victims says she feels "let down" by the report. She says it's a "whitewash" that no one is being held responsible for what's happened to her.
A report reviewing the work of a former consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist is to be published today [Thursday] by The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust.
Mr Rob Jones was suspended by the Trust back in May amid concerns there may be patients who have suffered complications following surgery carried out by him.
More than 1,500 women who were treated by him at Treliske were written to. Mr Jones said he had always followed national protocols.
Mr Jones is the same consultant who delivered the Prime Minister's baby Florence three years ago, when the couple were on holiday in the county.
