The march took place at Feniton in East Devon where a local councillor caused national outrage by claiming if he couldn't get planning permission for his clients, nobody could. John Andrews reports.

A march is being held in Feniton in Devon today against new national planning rules.

The East Devon Alliance say the National Planning Policy Framework will introduce a "free-for-all" for developers. They're calling to delay when it comes into effect, which is currently Wednesday 27h March, a day they've dubbed 'Black Wednesday'.
