Ambitious plans to create a cycle path through Bath and beyond have finally become a reality.
Today hundreds of cyclists and walkers celebrated the launch of the new 13 mile route which includes the longest cycle tunnel in Britain.

A new cycle route for Bath which makes use of an old railway tunnel underneath Combe Down has been officially unveiled. The project was made possible thanks to a partnership between Bath & North East Somerset Council and cycling charity Sustrans.
