Newquay nightclub death 'not murder'

Police say the death of a man at a Newquay nightspot is no longer being treated as a murder inquiry. The 49 year-old man was found unconscious outside Sailors nightclub in the early hours of yesterday. He was taken to the Royal Cornwall Hospital but was declared dead on arrival.

Four men who were arrested have been released on police bail until July. Detectives are reviewing CCTV footage as part of efforts to determine what happened.
