Last minute preparations are underway as Bristol's St Paul's Carnival parade gets set to hit the streets.
Organisers are hoping for a big turnout to today's event after last year's had to be cancelled due to lack of funding.
The stage is being built and traders are setting up today for the St Paul's Carnival in Bristol, which takes place tomorrow.
The annual Caribbean street party has 15 sound systems confirmed to host bands and DJs all day and into the night.
