Today (19 August) marks 35 years since the disappearance of Genette Tate. The 13 year-old was abducted while she was on her paper round in East Devon. While her body has never been found, the case has been classed as a murder investigation by Devon & Cornwall Police.
There is a prime suspect for her disappearance - child killer Robert Black - but although he's been interviewed in connection with the case, he has never been charged.
Genette Tate disappeared in 1978.
She is presumed murder, but the case remains open.
Devon and Cornwall Police say any new leads will be followed up.
Today marks the 35th anniversary of the disappearance of Devon schoolgirl Genette Tate. The 13-year-old went missing while delivering newspapers in Aylesbeare near Exeter in 1978.
Her body has never been found and no-one has ever been charged by police. It remains Britain's longest-running missing person investigation.
