Students at universities throughout our region have had their classes disrupted today because of strike action by lecturers.
Campuses in Plymouth, Falmouth and Exeter have all been affected. Union members are angry with a 1 per cent pay rise offer. John Bevir reports.
Universities across the region have been affected by a strike today. Members of the lecturers' union the UCU together with Unison and Unite are taking joint action. Lecturers, professional staff and campus services staff are all involved.
