One lady who always remembers the sacrifices made by Britain's armed forces is Olive Cooke from Bristol.
At 91, Mrs Cooke is believed to be our longest-serving poppy seller.

People came to standstill across the West Country today to remember those who lost their lives in war. This year is the 95th anniversary of the signing of the Armistice - which brought World War One to an end.
Children gathered with members of the armed forces to pay title page their respects in Bristol this morning, with minutes of silence held at services across the West.

Over the weekend thousands turned out for the official Remembrance Day parade in Bristol's city centre. Armistice day takes place every year on the 11th November.
