A small amount of floodwater on the line between Newton Abbot and Paignton was enough to cancel all trains on the stretch this morning. Rail replacement bus services are operating and engineers are inspecting the line for damage. There is no current estimate for when a normal service will resume.
All trains are currently cancelled in both directions between Paignton and Newton Abbot, Devon, due to flooding on the line. Replacement buses are operating, which will add about 20 minutes to journey times.
