Tom Daley: Why I'm leaving Plymouth for London

Tom Daley has spoken for the first time about his decision to move from his home city of Plymouth to London.

The 19-year-old will now be training at the London Aquatics Centre, the same venue where he won his bronze medal at the 2012 Olympics. As well as the south west, Tom leaves behind his life-long coach Andy Banks, who helped develop his career during his time at the Plymouth Life Centre.

Tom Daley will speak about his move to London for the first time later day. He may have left Plymouth, but there is still a group of talented young divers in the city. Andy Banks' elite development squad of 8 to 11 year-olds train three times a week at Plymouth Life Centre.
