Chancellor George Osborne faced angry scenes on a visit to Cornwall today. He was accused of failing to meet promises to help the region recover from the devastating winter storms.
He was ambushed twice by Cornish councillors from Penzance, wanting to know why extra cash hasn't been diverted to repair the storm damage. Here's our Cornwall correspondent Steve Hardy:
George Osborne has visited Sedgeman Scaffolding Ltd in Penzance.
The company supplied scaffolding to help rebuild the railway line at Dawlish after it was damaged by the storms earlier this year.
