Fishing boat theft in Dorset
Police are appealing for information after a fishing boat was stolen from outside a house in the Iwerne Minster area of Blandford in Dorset.
The vessel was taken while mounted on a galvanised iron trailer parked on the roadside on Higher Street.

Witness appeal after assault in Blandford
Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward after an assault outside a supermarket in Blandford.
The incident happened at around 1.50pm on Wednesday 25 July 2012 in the car park of Morrison’s on West Street.
The victim, a 26-year-old woman from Birmingham, was unlocking her car when she was approached from behind and punched in the face, causing her to fall to the ground.
She suffered bruising and swelling as a result of the attack.

Unfortunately we have no details of the suspect.
However, the victim was helped to her feet by a man who happened to be passing by at the time of the incident, but we have no further details of this person.
