The elderly passenger of a car involved in a crash near St Ives last month has died.
The collision involving three vehicles took place on St Ives Road in Carbis Bay just after 5pm on Sunday 28 September.
Frances Hancock, who was in the Mercedes, was taken to the Royal Cornwall Hospital but died from her injuries yesterday, Wednesday 14 October.
Police would like to hear from anyone who saw the accident.
45 firefighters have been extinguishing a chalet fire at Carbis Bay, Cornwall, overnight. They were called just after 2am to the building at Hawks Point, and found that the wooden, single-storey chalet was already well alight.
It has been severely damaged, although neighbouring properties have been protected. One person was treated by ambulance paramedics at the scene.
