Flights are still being diverted to and from Newquay Airport due to a waterlogged runway at Lands End. The airport had reopened on Monday morning but following more rain, Skybus have again halted operations.
Flights will be operating to/from Newquay Airport until at least Monday 18 February.
Scilly flights diverted to Newquay until 9th February
Flights between the Isles of Scilly and Lands End will continue to be diverted to Newquay Airport until Saturday 9th February at the earliest. This is because of a waterlogged runway at Lands End.

The company running Land's End Airport is looking for an urgent solution to flooding which has closed the runway providing links to the Isles of Scilly. The terminal has been closed for three days and earlier this month it was shut for an entire week.
Heavy rain has made the grass airstrip unuseable, with services diverted to Newquay. Our Cornwall correspondent Steve Hardy reports.
Skybus has transferred all flights from Land's End to Newquay Cornwall Airport until Thursday 6 December because more heavy rain is forecast this weekend.
This will allow time for the grass runway to dry out in the better weather predicted for the middle of next week.
All Skybus services to and from St Mary’s Airport on the Isles of Scilly will operate via Newquay today and on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Skybus does not operate on Sundays.

AIRCRAFT: Lands End and Penzance flights cancelled
All flights from Lands End Airport and the Penzance Heliport have been cancelled for the rest of the day due to fog. Passengers will be re-booked onto flights on Wednesday or the Scillonian Ferry.
