Underwater search for missing teenager ends

Police looking for Louis Harris have concluded their underwater search of Weymouth Harbour.

The 18-year-old was last seen on the Dorset seafront four days ago.

There are no plans for any further underwater searches unless new information comes to light.

We will continue to carry out other lines of enquiry. CCTV analysis reveals that Louis was last seen making his way along the quayside past the Harbour Master’s office toward the town bridge at 4.30am.

Police 'increasingly concerned' for missing Paignton man Roger Marshall

Police in Paignton are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a man reported missing from his home.

Roger Marshall hasn't been seen since yesterday (Tuesday 18) afternoon.

  • white man
  • approximately 5’8” in height
  • medium build
  • brown/greying hair and beard
  • ‘beer belly’
  • may be wearing a t-shirt and black trousers

He is known to frequent the Brixham area as well as Paignton.

Anyone who either sees Roger or knows of his current whereabouts is asked to contact police on 101 quoting police reference 630 160216.

Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a man from Dorchester who's been missing since Sunday 14 February.

18 year old Louis Harris was last since in the early hours when he was on Weymouth beach near to the Pavilion. He was walking up the steps towards the pier at 4:20am.

  • last seen wearing a blue and white zipped hooded Lacoste top, a mainly white Fat Face checked shirt with a blue and red checked pattern, blue jeans and Vans shoes.

We are becoming increasingly concerned for Louis’ welfare as this behaviour is described as totally out of character for him.

He normally has good and regular contact with his family but they have not heard from him since he has gone missing and have not been able to contact him."

Police in Dorset say they're worried about a teenager from Dorchester who went missing early yesterday. Louis Harris, 18, was last seen on Weymouth beach walking up steps towards the pier.

Louis is said to be 5ft 10ins tall and of slim build. He was last seen wearing a blue and white zipped hooded Lacoste top, a mainly white Fat Face checked shirt with a blue and red checked pattern, blue jeans and Vans shoes.

Officers believe Sidney Ellis, who's from the Kingsbridge area, maybe in the North Devon now having driven his silver colour Peugeot 207.

They are appealing for the people with any information to get in touch.
