There's good news on the jobs front today, as it was announced earlier that unemployment in the South West is down. And it's also been revealed thousands of new jobs have been created in the renewable energy industry.
Over the past year, this region has doubled the amount of renewable energy it produces. Seth Conway reports.
The employment minister Chris Grayling has welcomed news that unemployment has dropped in the South West. Figures released today by the Office for National Statistics show unemployment fell by 5,000 between March and May this year.
The South West currently has an unemployment rate of 6.1% - the lowest in the UK. The area with the most unemployed people is the North East (10.9%).

The figures show a 0.8% fall in unemployment compared to the previous three months but only a 0.4% decrease on this time last year.
The total number of people out of work across the UK fell by 65,000 to 2.58 million from March to May, according to the Office for National Statistics.
