During his 75 years in show business Sir Bruce Forsyth won millions of people over with his talent and humour.
However, one group of fans in Devon took their admiration for the entertainer to a completely different level.
They founded the Great Bruce Forsyth Social Club - and recorded their own regular comic tributes to the iconic TV host.
Claire Manning reports:
One of the nation's most well-known entertainers passed away this afternoon, 18 August.
Sir Bruce Forsyth died at the age of 89, surrounded by his family.
He brought laughter to millions of faces and to millions of homes for over three-quarters of a century.
Here is hilarious archive footage of a special guest appearance Bruce made to The Bruce Forsyth Appreciation Society here in Dartmoor, Devon for their annual event in 1997:
Sir Bruce Forsyth will perform at this Summer's Glastonbury Festival.
The TV veteran will join the Rolling Stones and Dizzie Rascal at Worthy Farm at the end of June.
The 85-year-old will entertain festival goers with songs from his solo album These Are My Favourites.
