The future of a school in Devon has been thrown into doubt after a bid to buy the building failed.
A consortium of parents and local businesses had hoped to purchase St Michael's at Tawstock, to guarantee its future as a school, but administrators have selected another bidder.

North Devon MP Nick Harvey is calling on The Royal Bank of Scotland to sell a failed private school to a community group rather than the highest bidder. Parents and former pupils have managed to re-open the nursery and are raising money to buy the whole site.
