Torbay's toilets will be run by new operators as the local Council tries to save money and safeguard jobs.
Healthmatic will take over 16 of Torbay's public loos, and there could be charges of up to 30p to use them.
The council will spend just over £1million to modernise the toilets before the handover.

Gordon Oliver made the decision after consulting with a range of groups in the Bay.
£10 million in savings have already been signed off - but another £3,8 million of reductions still have to be made.
Torbay Council is to vote this evening whether to call on Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service to rethink reducing full time cover at Torquay.
There are fears this and other cuts to save the £5.5million required by the Government would put safety at risk.
A motion has been put forward asking the council to get the service to come up with other savings.
It also calls for a complete rethink of the proposals because of lack of consultation with council staff.
