Local Election 2012: Labour on course for victory in Exeter

Labour are on course for victory in Exeter. They've taken 4 of the first 6 wards to declare including a school teacher who thought she was a paper candidate in Sarah Laws and Rob Hanniford who defected to Labour having won in 2008 for Lib Dems. Tories won 2 but Lib Dem vote has collapsed.
