Two rogue traders who travelled across the South West making thousands of pounds out of appalling work are starting a prison sentence tonight. William Birch and Frederick Stevens from Gloucestershire, went as far as Cornwall to win business resurfacing driveways.
They were convicted thanks to a three year investigation co-ordinated by the South West Scambusters team. From Bristol Crown Court, Jonathan Gibson reports.
