Daley dives again
Plymouth diving star Tom Daley gets his final bid for an 2012 Olympic medal underway tonight. Daley is in action in the men's 10 metre platform preliminary round at the Aquatic Centre in Olympic Park. The competition starts at 7pm.

Ben Ainslie honoured to carry flag for Team GB
Ben Ainslie will carry the flag in tonight's closing ceremony. The 35yr old from Falmouth is the most decorated Olympian sailor.

Ceremony to be held for Gold Medallist Helen Glover
Penzance will host a homecoming parade for Helen Glover. An open top bus will go through the town to mark her success.
