Torquay's Big Wheel : full report
It's hoped thousands of tourists will come to Torquay over the next couple of months to experience the resort's new 'Big Wheel.'
It's come from London, where it was used as part of the Olympic celebrations. It will be based in Princess Gardens until the end of October.
