The first Devon derby of the season between Torquay United and Plymouth Argyle ended in a goal-less draw.
The Gulls did the double over Argyle last season, but neither side was able to break the deadlock in front of nearly 5,000 fans at Plainmoor.
The home side's best chance came in the first half. Argyle goalkeeper Jake Cole saved well from Ian Morris, but the ball fell to Lee Mansell. His goal-bound shot was superbly blocked by Robbie Williams.
Gulls 'keeper Michael Poke made two good saves to keep the scores level. He made a one-handed stop to deny Warren Feeney a headed goal, then saved Conor Hourihane's powerful drive with his legs.
Yeovil Town won for a club record 8th time in a row. Exeter City beat Accrington on Friday night, but Plymouth Argyle and Torquay both lost.
