Thousands attend Tavistock Goose Fair

Thousands of people have descended on Tavistock for the town's annual goose fair.

It's a tradition that dates back to the 12th century, and is still going strong, despite a decline in animal markets across the country.

Tavistock Goose Fair

The annual Goose Fair takes place in Tavistock today. It is one of the last towns to still hold the event which dates back to the 12th century.
