FLOODING: Cornwall & Devon
High tides and strong winds have caused flooding across the south west overnight. Mevagissey in Cornwall and Lynmouth in Devon are reported to have been affected with flooding to homes and businesses.
The Environment Agency have 15 flood warnings and 25 alerts in place.
