Devon flood protection scheme
Less than a fortnight after flash flooding hit parts of Devon, the Environment Agency has issued advice to people about what to do if you're caught in similar weather.
It follows the heavy rain which hit properties in Clovelly and others in Mid Devon. Today though, the Agency was focussing its efforts on West Devon. Jeff Welch reports

Parts of Devon have seen flooding and numerous incidents on the roads after downpours hit the region this morning.
