Rugby ground expansion plans being considered
Exeter Chiefs' rugby ground could double in size. The City Council will meet tonight to discuss plans to increase the capacity of Sandy Park from 10,000 to more than 20,000. Included would be three new grandstands and a new conference centre.
Club record eighth win in a row for the Glovers
Yeovil Town won for a club record 8th time in a row. Exeter City beat Accrington on Friday night, but Plymouth Argyle and Torquay both lost.
Club record away win for the Grecians
Exeter City picked up a club record tenth away win of the season. There were also wins for Yeovil Town and Plymouth Argyle.
Fifth straight win for the Glovers
Yeovil Town won for the fifth game in a row after a 3-0 win over Brentford. There were draws for Exeter and Plymouth, but Torquay lost 2-1.
