The founder of ShelterBox has rejected claims by the charity that he posed a risk to its future.
The charity claims that it sacked Tom Henderson because he tried to set up a contract with a company run by his son to supply goods to the charity, but Tom Henderson and his son John deny the allegations.
We strenuously deny the claims made against us. We say ShelterBox has no evidence to its allegations. Tom Henderson is abroad at the moment. We will consider the allegations and and give our response in the near future.
