Devon & Cornwall expects a PCC result this afternoon
The first declaration in the Devon & Cornwall PCC election is expected around two o'clock with a final result likely to be at around 5pm, if second preference votes have to be counted
Turnout was 15.1%, according to Cornwall Council. In Plymouth the figure was 13.03% &
17.46% in West Devon.
