Raymond Ravenscroft was one of the residents who had to be moved to safety after a wall collapsed in Exeter. He says there was a tremendous noise and he thought there had been an earthquake. He says the whole building shook and he had to stay in a local hotel.
He's hoping the building inspectors will give the all-clear soon. He has lived in the building ever since it was built 12 years ago.
