The number of women in the south west smoking during pregnancy has gone up for the first time in years.
According to figures just released, almost 15 per cent of pregnant women smoke. That's the highest figure for 4 years.
Somerset has some of the highest figures in the country. The NHS Trust there says more needs to be done to help women give up.
