No criminal prosecution over human cannonball's death

No criminal prosecution will be brought over the death of a "human cannonball" stuntman from Newquay.

23-year-old Matthew Cranch died after being fired up to 40 feet into the air at a daredevil show in Kent last April. A safety net intended to break his fall failed.

Police say the case will now be referred to Maidstone Council.
