A Devon man who's lived with a wolf pack in the wild for two and a half years wants to set up a study centre near Ilfracombe.
Shaun Ellis has kept a pack of wolves at Combe Martin for several years, but he's been refused permission. The district council has rejected the application because of worries about noise, traffic, and because it's in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
