Two arrested under Terrorism Act in Torquay released without charge
Police have released the two men arrested in Torquay under the Terrorism Act without charges.
The 18 and 20-year-old were arrested under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act on Thursday.
House searches in the Torquay area have now concluded and a criminal investigation will continue.
