Argyle appoint Sheridan as manager
Plymouth Argyle have appointed former Republic of Ireland international John Sheridan as their new manager. He replaces Carl Fletcher who was sacked after defeat at Bristol Rovers on New Year'sDay. Sheridan has been out of management since losing his job as Chesterfield boss in August 2012.
