Anger over dog beach ban in North Devon
Dog owners in North Devon are the latest to react with anger to plans to ban their pets from a beach. Dozens attended a meeting in Instow this morning where they claimed the ban was being forced through.
Just two months ago councillors in St Ives infuriated many locals when they voted through a dog ban.
