A man has escaped a jail sentence after faking footage of his car to try to avoid a speeding fine.
Roger Moore claimed that his car was at home on his driveway when he was apparently caught speeding in Plymouth. But as Claire Manning reports, a careful Police investigation revealed Moore was lying.
